Job description
Crystalia Glass LLC, a U.S.-based manufacturer of premium custom glass solutions, is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeking a Supply Engineering Team Lead to scale operations, optimize procurement, and lead a high-performing group.
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, this role combines 80% leadership and 20% hands-on procurement, coordinating with suppliers across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
