Job description
Regeneron is seeking a Director, Talent Management to shape how we grow our people globally, strategically and at scale. You will architect career development frameworks, skills ontology and end-to-end talent processes in Workday, guiding enterprise talent reviews and assimilation experiences to drive capabilities and culture.
