Job description
Baxter in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Tax Accounting to lead the global tax accounting function. You will guide projections, quarterly/year-end reporting under US GAAP and mentor the tax team while partnering with Finance leadership across the organization.
This role focuses on process improvement, data analytics, and strategic collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors. Requires strong technical tax accounting and people leadership.
