Job description
SMBC Group is seeking a Tax Counsel, Vice President to perform all functions of a Tax Attorney, including review legal documentation and advise on transactions from a tax perspective. The role requires strong U.S. tax knowledge and experience in international tax, tax planning, and tax structuring.
