Job description
Anthropic seeks a Tax Director to own the global income tax provision and US compliance. You will run ASC 740 closes, manage co-sourced compliance, and build scalable processes, controls, and a team for continued growth.
This role emphasizes hands-on M&A tax work, including purchase price allocations, and devising novel financing/lease structures while ensuring accurate tax positions and compliance across the enterprise.
