Job description
Vinson & Elkins LLP in Dallas, TX seeks a Director of Tax to lead the firm’s US and international tax functions, overseeing compliance, strategy and risk management across jurisdictions.
Reporting to the CFO, you will manage partner tax matters, multistate and cross-border planning, and tax technology initiatives, building a high-performing team and ensuring accurate tax reporting and forecasting for the firm.
