Job description
Solera Corporation seeks a Director of International Tax to lead the global tax function, overseeing planning, transfer pricing, compliance, risk management, and support for worldwide operations. You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and business leadership to drive tax strategy and growth.
The role requires 10+ years in international tax within a multinational or Big Four environment, with strong expertise in GILTI, Subpart F, OECD, and cross-border planning.
