Job description
CyberCoders seeks a strategic and hands-on Tax Director to lead our global tax function, developing tax strategy, ensuring compliance across US and international laws, and partnering with finance, treasury, and business leaders.
The role manages tax provision (ASC 740 / US GAAP) and supports IFRS reporting, oversees transfer pricing and cross-border structuring, guides M&A tax due diligence, and drives tax technology and internal controls to reduce risk.
