Job description
O.C. Tanner is seeking a Tax Director to lead the global tax function, shaping strategy, compliance, planning, and reporting. You will partner with executives and business teams to align tax decisions with growth objectives.
This role oversees domestic and international tax obligations, manages audits, transfer pricing, and tax provision under GAAP, and drives process improvements and tax technology.
