Job description
Buckingham Search is seeking an in-house Tax Director in Chicago, IL with hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote). You will own the global tax function for a multi-entity SaaS organization, leading ASC 740, transfer pricing, and cross-border planning.
You’ll manage external advisors, drive tax strategy across ETR, GILTI, FDII, and BEAT, and partner with senior leadership on structuring, acquisitions, and tax disclosures.
