Job description
Trading Technologies is a global capital markets technology company seeking a Director of Tax to own the end-to-end tax function, including provision, compliance, planning, and structure. This hands-on leadership role will manage one direct report and coordinate with external advisors across jurisdictions.
You will lead tax provisioning under ASC 740, US and international compliance, transfer pricing, and tax planning for a multi-entity SaaS business with an active M&A agenda.
