Job description
Buckingham Search is seeking a Director of Tax to own the global tax function end to end in a PE-backed, high-growth technology company. You’ll manage provision, compliance, planning, transfer pricing, and indirect tax across a multi-entity SaaS landscape.
This hands-on leadership role reports to the CFO, supervising one direct report and coordinating with external advisors. Hybrid Chicago presence is required.
