Job description
FORTNA seeks an experienced Global Tax Manager to lead worldwide tax reporting, compliance and governance. This role oversees ASC 740 accounting, global tax compliance, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, forecasting and SOX controls while partnering with senior leadership and external auditors.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in US GAAP, SEC reporting, and multinational tax experience; CPA and advanced taxation credentials are preferred.
