Job description
Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Pasadena or San Diego, CA, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead global tax provision, corporate income tax filings, and strategic planning.
You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and SOX controls in a fast-paced biotech environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on, analytical skills, 5+ years of tax experience, and strong ASC 740 knowledge to manage US federal/state taxes, VAT
