Job description
Repligen Corporation in the United States is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Tax team and oversee income tax provision, financial statement disclosures, and compliance for U.S. and international operations. You will handle transfer pricing, global tax planning, and SOX controls while monitoring tax law changes and coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
The role requires 7+ years of tax experience, a B.A./B.S. in accounting or finance, and a CPA is preferred.
