Job description
FORTNA seeks an experienced Global Tax Manager to lead worldwide tax reporting, compliance and governance. This high-visibility role oversees ASC 740 tax accounting, global tax returns, and transfer pricing policy while partnering with senior leadership and external providers.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in tax, strong US GAAP and SOX 404 experience, and deep knowledge of domestic and international tax laws. This role offers opportunities across a global environment.
