Job description
Lutron Electronics seeks a Lead Tax Analyst to join the Finance team at our Corporate HQ in Coopersburg, PA. The role supports global direct income tax compliance, reporting, forecasting, and tax planning, working with business leaders and external advisors to deliver accurate tax reporting.
The Senior Lead provides analysis, supports the global tax provision, monitors tax law developments, and drives improvements in tax processes and reporting, leveraging data analytics and ERP systems.
