Job description
Takeda in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Global Therapeutic Research Lead to drive GI Inflammation drug discovery from target to IND. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior leads, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate clinic readiness and asset strategy.
The role requires 10–12 years in immunology/inflammation, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering multiple compounds to the clinic. Hybrid work in the Boston area with competitive compensation.
