McAfee is seeking a Director, Global Compensation & Benefits to lead the Global Total Rewards team. This role provides strategic guidance across equity, job architecture, compensation, and benefits, driving competitive and scalable programs in alignment with business strategy.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in global compensation/benefits, with leadership experience and HRIS proficiency (Workday/Oracle/SAP). Hybrid work in Frisco, TX with potential travel to Frisco/San Jose as needed.
