Job description
Fastly seeks a Head of Global Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits and wellness initiatives worldwide. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role partners with the Board to create innovative and equitable programs aligned with Fastly’s growth and culture.
You’ll drive executive and broad-based compensation design, equity governance, and oversee global benefits and retirement programs with a hands-on approach and change-management mindset.
