Job description
Nubank is seeking a Global Head of Total Rewards to design and lead compensation, benefits, wellness, and executive compensation across multiple markets. You will sit on the Executive Committee and partner with the CEO and CHRO on location strategy, M&A diligence, and AI-driven workforce decisions.
You will shape the rewards architecture to scale from a few markets to 40+ while aligning with Nubank's culture and growth objectives.
