Job description
Baker & McKenzie LLP in New York seeks a National Partner to help manage and implement complex cross-border transactions, including carve-outs, spin-offs, post-acquisition integrations and global expansions. You will draft and negotiate main transaction documents, lead global cross-practice teams, and resolve issues to ensure successful closings.
Requirements include a Juris Doctor (JD) (or foreign law degree/LLM) and 5 years of experience at a global law firm, with NY bar admission.
