Job description
Everpure, based in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Director of Treasury – Capital Markets to lead global capital structure, liquidity targets, and debt issuances. You will partner with the CFO, Board, and Investor Relations to shape capital allocation and safeguard shareholder value as the company scales.
You will oversee multi-currency investment portfolios, FX hedging programs, and external banking relationships, delivering strategic financing solutions and robust governance across the enterprise.
