Job description
Anthropic is seeking an International Tax Director to lead complex US international tax planning, including subpart F, BEAT, and foreign tax credits. You will draft memos, review modeling, and guide how acquired businesses fit into Anthropic's international structure, coordinating with Legal, Treasury, and Accounting teams.
The role requires hands-on technical work, senior leadership of planning efforts, and collaboration across M&A, compliance, and transfer pricing to ensure accurate reporting
