Job description
Affirm is seeking a senior leader to direct the Vendor Strategy & Operations for its global servicing network. You will own vendor strategy, performance, and outcomes across the BPO program, partnering with product, engineering, and risk teams to drive customer-centric, data-driven operations at scale.
The role emphasizes governance, cost-to-serve optimization, and a culture of experimentation using AI and automation to transform how we serve customers through a global vendor network.
