Compass Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Vice President & General Manager – Particulates to lead our global Particulate Platform in Addison, Texas. This role encompasses strategy, commercial expansion, and operational excellence while managing the full Profit & Loss of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of leadership experience in engineered systems and environmental technologies, with a strong emphasis on air pollution control solutions. This position requires a background in strategic planning and the ability to strengthen customer partnerships.
