Boston Scientific seeks a strategic Vice President, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) for Vascular Therapies. This senior leader will define the global HEMA strategy, ensure market access and reimbursement, and integrate health economics into portfolio strategy, development, and lifecycle management.
