RWS Global is seeking a VP, Talent Casting & Recruitment in Orlando to lead global talent strategy, workforce planning and executive leadership for a multi-disciplinary talent portfolio.
The role requires overseeing budgets, partnerships, and KPI-driven reporting while expanding industry relationships and ensuring high-performance teams across TCR. Reporting to the EVP, Talent and Creative Casting, the position is full-time with standard office hours and international travel as needed.
