Job description
Hourglass Cosmetics in West Hollywood, CA seeks a Vice President of Visual Merchandising & Store Design to lead the global VMSD function. This hybrid role drives design standards, operating models, budgets, and partnerships across retailers and regions to accelerate growth while protecting the luxury brand image.
You will build and coach a high‑performing team, oversee planograms, vendor negotiations, and cross‑functional programs, and report to senior leadership on progress, risks, and results.
