What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to GM and dealership standards
Complete repair orders accurately, efficiently, and with a focus on quality
Diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs
Inspect vehicles to identify additional maintenance or safety-related needs
Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and team members
Document all completed work and recommendations on repair orders
Perform road tests to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For GM Certification required
Minimum of 4 years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
Valid Indiana Driver's License
High School Diploma or equivalent technical certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment and shop tools
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform the physical duties required in a service environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
