Job description
The Fifty/50 Group seeks a talented and driven General Manager to lead our new restaurant opening in Chicago’s Loop. You’ll own pre-opening, hire and train a top team, and guide operations from day one as the restaurant launches in early 2027 at 111 S. Wacker Drive.
You will be financially responsible for the venture, drive multiple dining and events channels, and shape a high-performance culture committed to hospitality and continuous improvement.
