Job description
Kinema Fitness seeks a full-time general manager to operate a premium corporate fitness center in Wynwood, Miami. You will lead member engagement, wellness programs, personal training, group fitness, and events, while collaborating with Kinema and client teams to implement the shared vision.
The role requires strong leadership, proactive management, and exceptional customer service. Expect on-site responsibilities with some collaboration on outreach and marketing efforts to broaden member reach.
