Job description
Composite Technology International (CTI) is seeking a General Manager for its Atlanta Door Components facility. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with daily operations oversight of a 108,069 SF plant and a 30-person team, focusing on made-to-order millwork and door components.
You will own P&L, optimize layout, drive high-mix scheduling, ensure safety and quality, and partner across sales, engineering, and procurement to protect margins on variable orders.
