Job description
INC'D is seeking a General Manager for an Ohio location overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will own full P&L for the site, report to the platform's operating leader, and operate with strong autonomy, similar to a franchise model.
The role targets building a robust sales culture, expanding the revenue mix across two trades, and driving profit growth from a $22M baseline toward $30–$40M in five years.
