Job description
Chipotle is seeking individuals to join as Apprentices who aim to grow into General Managers. You’ll assist in daily operations, hire and train staff, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience while learning fast, scalable restaurant leadership.
This path emphasizes hands-on development and a commitment to hospitality excellence. As you progress, you’ll learn scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing.
