Job description
Farmers Insurance District 04 seeks a General Manager and Operations Director to lead the Richardson office. You will coach licensed producers, manage sales and service teams, and optimize workflows to drive revenue growth. You’ll hold the floor accountable and ensure a world-class customer experience.
Requirements include 5+ years in P&C, Texas P&C license mandatory, Life & Health preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). In-office role in Richardson, TX with OT earnings potential.
