Job description
nVent is seeking a General Manager to lead the Switchgear business within Engineered Building Solutions (ETO). This role owns the full P&L, shaping commercial strategy, engineering execution, manufacturing operations, project delivery, and customer relationships to scale growth with velocity and discipline.
