As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for safely transporting our residents to and from medical appointments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey. Responsibilities:
Safely transport wheelchair-bound patients, as well as ambulatory patients and those requiring assistance, to and from medical appointments and other destinationsProvide exceptional care and attention to detail while transporting residents, ensuring their comfort and safety at all timesEffectively communicate with the clinical team and residents' families to ensure smooth transfers and updatesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocolsBe self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn and grow with our companyRequirements:Current CNA1 certificationValid driver's licenseCPR certified or willing to obtainAbility to work dayshift hours with flexibility for appointment timesStrong attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, transfer, and assist residents as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstancesBenefits:Hourly rate of $18 - $23 per hourOpportunities for personal and professional growth, with a supportive and outstanding teamA path for advancement, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvementIf you are a caring and dedicated professional looking for a fulfilling opportunity, please apply for this exciting CNA1 Transportation Driver position.
