Geriatric Nursing Assistant Position Summary

The position of Geriatric Nursing Assistant provides routine nursing and personal care for residents to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished, and quality care is delivered while supporting their team members and celebrating team successes. While focusing on delivering quality resident care, the position must also manage the resources that are available to them in their job.

Geriatric Nursing Assistant Position Requirements

Education

State of Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification.

American Heart Association CPR certification.

Geriatric Nursing Assistant Schedule Required to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Geriatric Nursing Assistant Benefits At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
