Job Overview:

nComfi-Kare Homecare Services is currently hiring experienced Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA’s) to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors in Maryland.
nGNA Responsibilities:
n
nAs a Home Care GNA, you will assist clients with:
n● Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
n● Help clients move safely, walk, or transfer from bed/chair
n● Prepare meals and assist with feeding
n● Monitor and record vital signs and client condition
n● Provide companionship and emotional support
n● Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
n● Remind clients about medications
n● Maintain a safe and clean environment
n● Document care provided and report changes to nurses or family.
n
nGNA Requirements:
n● Active Maryland GNA certification
n● Current CPR certification (preferred)
n● Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
n● Ability to pass background check
n● Ability to provide 2 professional references
n● You will need PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
n
