GO Network is seeking an energetic, relationship-drivenDirector of Growthto lead recruiting, coaching, training, and agent development within one of our Keller Williams GO Network Market Centers.
What You'll Do
Recruit and attract top real estate talent.
Coach new and existing agents to achieve greater success.
Lead Career Nights and recruiting events.
Oversee the Market Center training calendar and faculty.
Drive adoption of GO Network, Regional, and Keller Williams initiatives.
Partner with leadership to build a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.

A strong communicator and relationship builder
Experience in recruiting, coaching, leadership, or real estate sales
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
