Job description
Assistant Manager - Recruitment @ Compunnel Inc.
Location: Westlake TX (2 weeks onsite per month)
Type: Long Term Contract
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes and coordinate with hiring managers
Source and attract candidates using various channels
Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process
Qualifications
BS degree in computer science preferred with 5+ years of experience in cloud technologies
Experience with AWS services, IAM, Networking, CloudFormation
Expertise in building containerized applications using GoLang
Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform)
Skilled in CI/CD tools and pipeline implementation
Experience in building secure cloud solutions
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to develop self-service solutions for development teams
