The Deal
4-Day Work Week — 4 days on, 3 days off. Every week. Not a perk. Not a pilot program. The schedule.
Hourly Pay — Stable, predictable income you can build a life around. No chasing commissions. No wondering what your check will look like.
$60,000 – $150,000+ income potential — Hourly base, plus performance bonuses for those who want to go further.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Ability to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
