Join the Grounds Team at Pine Hollow Club
At Pine Hollow Club, our golf course is at the heart of the member experience. We’re looking for a Greenskeeper who takes pride in their work and enjoys being outdoors, working hands-on to maintain a beautiful and high-performing course.

What You’ll Do
Maintain greens, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding grounds
Operate turf equipment and support daily course setup
Care for landscaping, including trees, shrubs, and flower beds
Assist with irrigation, drainage, and course improvement projects
Keep equipment clean, safe, and in good working condition
Support overall course conditions that members notice and appreciate
What We’re Looking For
Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors
Team player with a strong work ethic
Prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining a high-quality environment
Schedule
Full-time, hourly position
Early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support course operations

No golf course experience required—we will train
Schedule & Availability
Full-time, non-exempt position
Typical schedule: 40–50 hours per week
Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support golf operations
