Job description
Laborer
Essential Functions:
Picks up debris on golf course daily.
Fills divots in fairway as directed.
Digs trenches for irrigation or leaks.
Plants plants as directed.
Helps in planting and watering of trees as directed.
Paints guard rails as directed.
Performs other, related tasks as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
Working Conditions: Frequent exposure to inclement weather conditions

Landscaper
Essential Functions:
Safely operates equipment such as mowers and utility carts used for various course maintenance needs
Cleans machinery after each use
Inspects machinery before and after each use
Reports machinery/equipment problems to equipment manager
Loads and unloads materials
Trims trees and removes cuttings
Collects and empties litter cans
Cleans gutters, drains and culverts
Waters plants
Cuts grass, weeds and bushes
Rakes leaves
Perform all work-related duties as assigned by supervisor
Working Conditions: Exposed to environmental changes in weather when working outside.
Special Requirements:
Must possess honesty and integrity
Must be courteous and tactful at all times
Must treat others with kindness and respect
Ability to effectively communicate to and staff.
Wear physical protective equipment when required
Ability to appear for work on time
Ability to interact well with co workers
Ability to understand and follow posted rules and procedures
Ability to follow directions from a supervisor

Requirements
Physical Functions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to drive, stand, walk, climb stairs, balance stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and/or sit up to eight hours per day.
Must be able to walk for extended periods of time at a steady pace.
Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and/or controls.
Reach with hands and arms.
Hearing and talking sufficiently to communicate with members, guests, vendors, and co-workers.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, vision sufficient to read, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Frequent lifting objects 30-40 lbs.
Must be able to push, pull up to 75-100 lbs.
Independent mobility through clubhouse.
