Job description
Golf F&P Spray TechnicianWe are looking for someone who truly enjoys the golf industry. If you get energized and motivated about supporting your team and driving production, this may be the job for you! If you describe yourself as a detail-oriented leader with a desire to help your team succeed, we want to hear from you!As a Golf F&P Spray Technician, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will help identify troubleshoot and resolve fertilization and pest issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks on an ongoing basis.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and resolving fertilization or pest issues in a timely and efficient mannerAccurately reporting findings to the operations leadership teamUnderstanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectationsSafely operating and maintaining spray equipment, chemicals, and all other company propertyCommunicating escalations to the Account Manager and/or Specialty Services ManagerMaintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clientsPerforming other tasks as assignedRequirements:Minimum 1 year of chemical or spray application experience in the landscape industryAbility to perform physical work in all weather conditionsReliable transportationPreferred Skills & Experience:Bilingual in English and SpanishA valid pesticide applicators licenseValid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR checkBenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision insuranceAncillary insurance benefits401k with employer matchPaid time offPaid holidaysWeekly payOngoing trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesAbout Us:Here at Down to Earth, we pride ourselves in our commitment to our team and the communities we support.
