Job description
Golf Massage TherapistThe Golf Massage Therapist provides golfers with a 5-10 warm-up chair massage before their round. This role is primarily an outdoor position. As a part of the Guest Service team, the Golf Massage Therapist will also greet guests and answer questions about the course and facilities. We're looking for people who are friendly and enjoy interacting with anyone and everyone, and those who like to work as part of a greater team to create an unmatched experience for guests visiting our golf course.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests in a friendly and professional mannerProvide guests with a 5–10 minute pre-round warm-up chair massageProvide guests with information about the course and amenitiesSets up and breaks down the massage chair and maintains a neat and well-stocked areaDemonstrates respect, sensitivity, and concern for guest needsComprehends and abides by the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course and Spa's policies and proceduresRequirements:Current Idaho State Massage LicenseMust work weekends/afternoons/holidaysAble to work outside a majority of the time (Indoor area used during high temps or inclement weather)Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and as part of a teamProblem solving and conflict resolution skillsJob Type: Part-time, Seasonal (April-October)Pay: $15 per hour, opportunity for gratuityBenefits: Available to qualified employees, including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, Flexible Reimbursement Plan, 401K Plan, PTO
