Help Build Golf Beyond Pin Club
Pin Club isn't just a place to play indoor golf. We help customers bring premium golf experiences into their own homes, businesses, and other spaces.
We're looking for a Golf Simulator Sales & Installation Specialist to help customers take a simulator project from initial idea through completed installation.
This is a unique position combining consultative sales, golf technology, project coordination, and hands-on installation. The ideal candidate understands golf, enjoys working with customers, is mechanically capable, and is motivated by a performance-driven compensation structure.
Rather than handing a customer from salesperson to installer, you'll have the opportunity to understand the project, recommend the appropriate solution, and help deliver the finished product.
What You'll Do
Meet with prospective simulator customers and identify their goals, budget, available space, and intended use
Conduct showroom demonstrations and consultations
Assist with in-home and on-site consultations
Educate customers on simulator technology, components, features, and available options
Develop appropriate simulator recommendations and project proposals
Follow up with leads and prospective customers
Build and maintain a simulator sales pipeline
Coordinate project details from sale through installation
Measure and evaluate prospective installation spaces
Assist customers in understanding room, electrical, lighting, ceiling-height, and other installation considerations
Install simulator components and related equipment
Configure and test simulator hardware and software
Provide customers with basic post-installation training
Troubleshoot installation and equipment issues
Maintain accurate customer and project records
Develop referral and business relationships that generate future simulator sales
Represent Pin Club professionally in customers' homes and businesses
Coordinate with Pin Club management, vendors, manufacturers, and other contractors when necessary
Provide appropriate post-sale follow-up and customer service
What We're Looking For
The strongest candidate will combine sales ability with hands-on capability.
You should be:
Comfortable selling premium products through consultation rather than pressure
Motivated by commission and performance-based compensation
Comfortable developing and following up with sales leads
Knowledgeable about golf or strongly interested in the game
Comfortable learning golf simulator hardware and software
Mechanically inclined and confident using basic tools
Comfortable measuring spaces and following installation specifications
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to communicate clearly with customers throughout a project
Comfortable working independently
Professional when working inside customers' homes and businesses
Capable of troubleshooting problems when an installation doesn't go exactly as planned
Able and willing to travel throughout the applicable sales and installation territory
Able to perform the physical requirements associated with equipment installation
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in any combination of the following would be valuable:
Golf simulator sales or installation
Golf technology
Golf retail
Commission sales
Home technology or AV installation
Construction or remodeling
Technical installation
Home improvement sales
Project management
Outside sales
Business-to-business sales

Compensation
This position is expected to have a primarily commission-based compensation structure, rewarding successful simulator sales and completed projects.
Final compensation may include a combination of:
Base/hourly compensation + sales commission + potential installation compensation/bonuses, depending on the final structure.
Specific commission rates and compensation terms will be established before hiring.
