What You’ll DoIdentify and pursue new federal opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key agency contacts and teaming partners.
Lead capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal.
Collaborate with leadership and proposal teams to develop winning strategies.
What We’re Looking For10+ years in federal business development or capture management.
Strong knowledge of federal contracting and small business set-asides.
Proven track record winning contracts in a competitive environment.
Hunter mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
