TikTok is offering a Governance Intern role within the Shop Governance and Experience team. You will work on real projects that shape policy, enforcement, and risk controls across a global marketplace for buyers, sellers, and creators.
The internship provides hands-on experience, exposure to cross‑functional teams, and opportunities to learn with industry professionals. Candidates should be available for a minimum 3‑month full-time internship and speak English and Spanish.
